Desventajas: Delay at dropoff because they couldn't find my credit card. It took awhile but the staff person was helpful.
Desventajas: We arrived early in the morning only to find they were new car seats. What do you do in a foreign country with a two and four-year-old without a car seat? This place sucks.
When I told him he was going to give me a return credit I told him don't bother Key fob didn't work and when I brought it to a different payless he wanted me to pay for a new battery (when I got mad he relented). I had to fill efluvio tank higher than I got it. Was told I could return it anywhere in Cancun but when I did they charged me an extra 250 pesos. There's more but I just want ro say this was the worst rental I have EVER done. Totally unacceptable.
Desventajas: The location was closed, I had to get Eurocar to rent me at a higher price and back of the line...

Sin ningún percance al regresar el automóvil. La atención de quien lo recibió, de quien atendió en mostrador y quien nos llevó al aeropuerto fue muy amable y rápida.
Ventajas: The car was fine. Takes a little longer to get contract processed then we are used to in the US. Biggest issue is cost of insurance. They required two insurance forms from my bank before they'd allow me to utilize the theft and damage coverage that is available automatically through my credit card.
After i refused the upgrade again, I was told I could rent a car in the innovador class i reserved for an additional $60/day ($360 on top of my innovador $230 price I reserved.) I thought they didn't have any cars in my class...? Being that at this point there were no other options, I was forced to take the deal even though I knew I was being scammed. I'm never one to write poor reviews but I think hertz should know what is going on at their location at Cancun international airport. Thanks!
Rente dos vehículos en díCampeón pasados, al devolverlos sentí como dos buitres se acercaron a mi al aceptar el vehículo le dieron una vuelta revisando lo y en la oficina me dicen que trae un rebelión nuevo, aclaro quemo tome los seguros, y me enseñan un formato donde no aparecía el golpe se lo pido y al revisarlo vi que no Cuadro mi firma después de un tiempo y buscar según ellos aparece mi reporte conmigo tema y un disculpe Ud.
Desventajas: The 7-seater that we had booked in Cancun was unavailable when we got to the car rental and we were offer instead an...11-seater pullman that neither my wife not I could drive confidently given the size. We were told that a Chevy Suburban might be available "in a couple of hours" but the car had not yet been returned by previous client. This failed to instill much confidence and we asked our booking to be cancelled.
My bank knew of one of the forms, not the second. I'm currently challenging my credit card company to claim the excessive insurance fee.
This should be disclosed up read more front at the time of booking and the cost of insurance should be added to the quoted rental cost since it is required.
Ventajas: Staff were friendly, accamodating and willing to negotiate price due to misunderstanding regarding credit card coverage of damage insurance - ended up giving us a good deal. Car was great. Overall a good value.
